My name is Sarah, a dynamic yoga teacher who is passionate<\/strong> about movement in all its forms. Through yoga and other physical activities, I enjoy exploring the connection between the body, the breath and the mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

When I first discovered yoga, I immediately loved that blend of strength, balance and relaxation. It\u2019s a practice that allows you both to reconnect with your body and to calm the mind<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through my classes, I offer a simple<\/strong> and caring<\/strong> space to breathe, move and reconnect with your body. The poses flow seamlessly into one another to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and enhance body awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019ve been practising for a long time<\/strong> or are completely new to it<\/strong>, there are always options available so that everyone can progress at their own pace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Classes take place at Aguerria (23 rue de la Glaci\u00e8re, 64700 Hendaye) on Wednesdays at 7.30 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yoga on the Basque coast<\/h2>

Yoga is gaining more and more followers around the world. This physical, mental and spiritual practice provides many benefits<\/strong> and helps improve the psychological state like no other sport, according to some die-hard fans.<\/p>\n

It reduces stress and helps you live more serenely as it is a soothing activity<\/strong> par excellence. It improves breathing and breath, in fact breath control is even the fundamental basis of yoga.<\/p>\n

The different breathing techniques<\/strong> of yoga have multiple benefits: calming, energizing, balancing… In addition, yoga improves concentration, helps fight fatigue and strengthens flexibility.<\/p>\n

It turns out that yoga and surfing have some commonalities in terms of benefits for the mind<\/strong>. So it’s worth combining them for even more satisfying results. That’s why every summer, from July to September, you can practice yoga on the beach in Hendaye.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n
